Australian Consolidated Metals & Machinery are the largest privately owned metals and machinery specialists in Western Australia. The company originated in 1980 with the formation of Kelmscott Recycling Plant by Alwin,Paul,Mark and Michael Williams, a Father & Sons team. Mark and Paul still head Auscon. It was born out of the necessity to control scrap metal produced by the company's automotive recycling arm and went on to waste removal and eventually large scale demolition & reclamation.
Operating locally, nationally, and overseas, Auscon are incredibly versatile. Although equipped for large-scale demolition and scrap metal removal and salvage, the company's other diverse activities are wide spanning.

We purchase ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals and processing for the export market. Our company also maintains an extensive fleet of machinery for onsite work including cranes from 8-40 tonnes, boomlifts and cherry pickers, front-end loaders and excavators fitted with hydraulic shears and grapples enabling most structures to be cold cut. This reduces the toxic problems associated with oxy cutting.
